Cheechee and Jonny are excited to bring a few TAP-NY members out to a little-known tea spot in Chelsea. Known for their aesthetic library & tea time room, with views of the Hudson, this tea time experience will be a great way to meet other TAP members in a quiet, calm ambiance.

About Cheechee and Jonny

Cheechee was born in California and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. She studied Communications with a specialization in Computing at UCLA. She currently works as a product designer in a tech company. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga, fitness, pottery, and exploring New York neighborhoods on foot.

Jonny was born and raised in Illinois and studied Business Administration at the University of Southern California. After living in Los Angeles for a few years, he moved to New York City to pursue a career in Finance and currently works at a crypto startup. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, building mechanical keyboards, and listening to jazz.

Registering for the Event

Because of heavy demand for our smaller events, we have a lottery process for sign-ups:

Sign-ups for the event will close Friday, Mar 17, 2023, at 11:59 pm ET, after which attendees will be randomly selected. Replying to our confirmation email, should you receive it, is required to attend.

Exact location will be provided to randomly selected attendees.

Note: While registration for the event is free, individuals are responsible for covering their own meal. TAP facilitates these dinners to help members get to know each other in an intimate setting.

We require all attendees to be fully vaccinated, meaning the attendee has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible.
