TAP-NY Mindful Munchies: Meals and Meditation for Immunity [Livestream]

Join nutritionist yogini Linda Yung for a conversation about mindful eating and self-care. Together, we’ll practice calming breathing exercises and a guided meditation, followed by a discussion on what it means to eat mindfully and healthfully. Learn about immunity boosting foods, hydration techniques, and grounding practices to integrate into your daily living!

Linda Y. Yung, MS RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and yoga teacher practicing in NYC. Linda is a holistic healer and considers herself a “food therapist.” She helps clients develop healthy relationships with food and themselves. Her sessions include breathing and functional movement instruction. She specializes in healthy cooking, nutrition through the life cycle, handling dietary restrictions, and nutrition for chronic disease. In her free time, she practices tai chi and meditation. Linda also helps run Bodhi Friends, a newly formed organization of Asian American Buddhist Youth based in New York City. Our mission is to focus on cultivating an accessible community for youth interested in exploring spirituality and making meaningful connections.
