Come out and attend our first ever intro to pole dancing class taught by our strong and flexible TAP member, Diane Hsiung. During the class, she will be covering the fundamentals of pole and teaching some beginner spins and climbs. Come explore this beautiful art form, test your core strength and get ready to learn some spicy moves!

About the instructor:
Diane was first introduced to this exotic art form after taking her first pole dancing class on a whim in the winter of 2016. Since then, she hasn’t looked back and has been dancing for three years now. Pole has changed her perception of body image from what her body looks like to what it can do.

Fun fact: Out of all the pole dancing tricks, her favorite is called the Allegra.
