Dr. Shih was previously featured in TAP-NY’s Spotlight series and has been disseminating information from the medical community to help others stay apprised of research and what to do during these times. Over the last two months in serving the Chinese community in NYC, he has implemented COVID-19 testing per DOH/CDC guidelines and trained his doctors and staff about infection control safety.

More About Dr. Shih
Dr. Shih is currently the Chief Medical Officer for RendrCare, the largest Chinese primary care practice in New York with 17 practices, 28 locations, and 70 providers caring for 80,000 Chinese patients in NYC. He is also the CEO and Founder of Master Clinicians, a medical education company providing CME conferences, podcasts, and other online content. Dr. Shih is the former CMO and Co-Founder of CityMD and previously served as an Emergency Medicine physician at Northwell.

As a New Yorker, he is an avid fan of the Mets, Giants, and Knicks. Dr. Shih was born in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin and understands Taiwanese.
