TAP-NY Belly Breath Break [Virtual]
March 19, 2020 @ 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm EDT
With more people working from home during the coronavirus outbreak, TAP-NY invites you to take a break from work for some movement. Linda Yung, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and yoga teacher, will be teaching a half hour, midday mindful movement workshop to stir your waters and fire you up from within. In this work from home age, it’s important to make sure we’re paying attention to our bodies and tending to our spirits. We’ll focus on attuning form for function, making contact to create spaciousness, and practicing pragmatic magic.
Bring yourself in comfy clothes; yoga mat / towel recommended but not required. No experience needed.
*This will be conducted virtually on Google Hangouts. Link to be provided to registrants ahead of the session. This session may be recorded.
Suggested donation of $8 (payment details to be provided during the workshop). Proceeds will be donated to Bodhi Friends.
