Join TAP-NY in learning how to make pork chop bento (排骨便當)! This is a Taiwanese staple and for train rides, work, etc.! We will also be making a side dish for the bento! Passport to Taiwan is happening on Sunday, May 25th at Union Square Park North from 12:00 PM-5:00 PM! We need volunteers to help set up, make oyster pancakes, and breakdown. This event historically brings out a huge crowd to celebrate everything Taiwanese and Taiwanese American! There will be 2 separate shifts from 8 AM-12:30 PM, and 12:30 PM-5PM with 5-6 volunteers per shift.
