TAP-NY Cooking Workshop Oyster Vermicelli Noodles (蚵仔麵線)
Join TAP-NY in learning how to make Oh-Ah Mee Sua (蚵仔麵線), or oyster vemicelli! These noodles are a classic Taiwanese dish and very popular in Taiwanese night markets.
