Join us as we celebrate and volunteer with the Museum of Chinese in America on September 22nd at the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival right in the heart of Chinatown! It’ll be a fun day of activities with mooncakes, performances, and arts and crafts, and you can find a list of all the activities here!

We’re looking for 5 volunteers to (1) face paint moons, stars, jade rabbits, and other Mid-Autumn related objects/scenes and (2) help with general tasks such as greeting families, leading crafts, assisting at the shadow puppet theater and make-believe picnic.

As a volunteer, you receive free entrance and are welcome to participate in all the fun activities outside of your shift hours!

Please sign up for one of the two shifts and let us know if you’re interested in helping face paint or general tasks. If you cannot make it after signing up, please contact us immediately so we can fill the spot. See you there!
