TAP-NY is partnering with Chinatown Business Improvement District (BID) to plant flowers throughout Chinatown, clean the sidewalks, and paint over graffiti. Volunteers will meet at Chatham Square at 10:30 a.m. and should wear sturdy shoes and clothing that may get dirty.
