October Dinner Series with Jordan and Kelly
October 8, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm EDT
Come out and dine with TAP-NY board members, Jordan (Content & Marketing) and Kelly (Cultural & Mentorship) for our October Dinner Series! TAP-NY Dinner Series are a wonderful way to meet new people within a more intimate setting, along with two TAP board members.
This month, we will be taking our tastebuds on a culinary journey to sample the best Szechuan cuisine Midtown East has to offer at Cafe China. Founded by Xian Zhang and Yiming Wan, this famous restaurant gained popularity after being listed as a Michelin Guide restaurant and currently racks over 1,500 reviews on Yelp. Come dine with us because this will be an unforgettable meal that you seriously won’t want to miss out on!
About Jordan and Kelly:
Jordan grew up in the suburbs of Central Jersey and attended the Rhode Island School of Design where he studied graphic design. He currently works as a product designer for a tech startup that builds software for real estate. In his spare time, you can find him cafe hopping, browsing for pop-up events in the city, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Kelly was raised in Maryland and attended Emory University, where she studied Political Science and Economics. After graduation, she moved to NYC and currently works at a FinTech startup. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys sampling different studios on ClassPass, meal prepping, and hanging with friends.
Jordan and Kelly both love meeting new people (yes, you!) and helping TAP members within the community to easily make friends and build long-lasting relationships.
Please note that due to heavy demand for this event, we’ve implemented a lottery process for sign-ups:
- Sign-ups for October Dinner Series will close 10/5/19 at 11:59 pm ET, after which we’ll select people to attend.
- Those not selected will be notified and will receive priority for attendance at future dinner series events.
- While registration is free, individuals are still responsible for covering their own meal. TAP-NY facilitates these dinners to help members get to know each other more in an intimate setting.
