TAP-NY Intro to Lifting Workshop at JDI Barbell

Want to get into lifting and don’t know where to start? Come learn the basics of the three main barbell lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) at JDI Tribeca! You will get detailed instruction and personalized feedback in a small group class led by the coaches at JDI.
To sign up, please RSVP on Eventbrite AND purchase a day pass from JDI (https://www.jdibarbell.com/store/p/day-pass). You’ll also need to complete the liability waiver online to be considered registered this event.
We require all attendees to be fully vaccinated, meaning the attendee has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible.
