TAP-NY Intro to Breathwork [Virtual]

Set aside some time for yourself and join TAP-NY in discovering the power of breathwork, particularly during these hectic times!
TAP-NY is excited to have Andrea Ming join us in breaking down the basics of breathwork and guide us through a meditation experience. We will focus on releasing anxiety and any internal clutter that is getting in the way of your clarity.

Breathwork works best when you haven’t eaten right before, so we would recommend planning to eat dinner after class.
This class is virtual and will be hosted on Zoom. You can breathe from the comfort of your own home. Zoom link will be sent out to registrants prior to the event.
*Open to all levels of practitioners. No experience necessary.
What you’ll need:
- Yoga mat or something to lay on
- Blanket
- Journal and something to write with
- Water for hydration
- Open mind and open heart!
Please be in a space where you will be undisturbed.
While nobody will be turned away for lack of funds, we would suggest donations to Andrea, so that she can continue offering her work to support others in releasing stress during this critical time.
