TAP-NY Cooking Workshop – Taro balls (芋圓）

Join TAP-NY in learning how to make taro and sweet potato balls! These chewy balls are a classic Taiwanese dish and very popular in Taiwanese desserts.
TAA-NY president Winston will be leading this class, so come out for a fun morning of a cooking demo, meeting new people, and most importantly, eating!
This cooking workshop will be held in Astoria (~30min from midtown).
