Join TAP-NY in learning how to make Oyster Omelettes (蚵仔煎)! These omelettes are iconic street foods that are popular at night markets.

Our favorite Taiwanese “A-ma” will be leading this class, so come out for a fun evening of mixing ingredients, meeting new people, and most importantly, eating!
