TAP-NY Journaling Tools for Emotional Navigation
May 23, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm EDT
We’re often encouraged to journal to process emotions. For good reason: journaling has incredible benefits for clarifying thoughts and getting through tough times. But journaling — especially about our feelings — can be frustrating, challenging, or unhelpful. So where do we even start?
Join Jess Song, founder of { Back to Self }, to explore what holds us back from journaling deeply and how we can break those barriers to have more emotionally productive self-dialogue. In this 1.5 hour online workshop, we will dive into two basic questions:
- What do I write if I don’t know where to start?
- How does unconscious self-talk impact my self-care?
This event will be held virtually, and we will email registered participants with the online details to join prior to the event.
