Come join us in exploring the world of beef noodle soup! For this event, we are collaborating with Zai Lai, a cozy homestyle Taiwanese all-day eatery serving family favorites, including rice bowls, noodles, and street eats. The chef of Zai Lai will be leading an exclusive Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup workshop for TAP-NY.

We’ll start off with a history lesson of Beef Noodle Soup and how it has become such an iconic dish in Taiwan. This will be followed by a group dinner where we’ll each get to enjoy a bowl of Zai Lai’s Beef Noodle Soup!
