This month, we will be learning to make the famous Ba Wan (肉回) from scratch! These meatball dumplings are very popular in Taiwanese night markets and make delicious snacks.

Our favorite Taiwanese “A-ma” will be leading this class, so come out for a fun evening of mixing ingredients, meeting new people, and most importantly, eating!
