TAP-NY alum, Jess Yeung, is announcing the launch of a new podcast! Fresh Off the Vote (FOTV) is a 100% grassroots podcast featuring voter outreach stories in APIA communities. Their team formed out of a Facebook Asian networking group, thanks to a young DNC delegate and educator. With a goal to make voting sexier than waiting in line with Grandma Meredith in a public gymnasium after work, they are youth inspiring other youth to use their voices. The FOTV team wants to take over the internet soon with their passion for political discussion. Podcast topics range from why Asian American college students are trash at voting to a special focus into the overlooked political history of Hawaii through the lenses of a 3rd party cofounder. New episodes will be available every Monday at www.freshoffthevote.com.
