Longing to feel more mental clarity and inner peace? Looking for a system refresh? Feeling indecisive, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself? Join TAP-NY and Andrea Ming for a breathwork meditation workshop!
Andrea will start with intention setting. Then, she will explain and guide us through an empowering, introductory breathwork meditation session with a custom playlist. Be prepared to breathe!
*Open to all levels of practitioners. No experience necessary.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat, an open mind, and an open heart. Dress comfortably in loose clothing or athletic wear, as you will be lying down.
