    Taiwanese Spring Rolls/Run Bing and Peanut Ice Cream Roll (潤餅+花生捲冰淇淋)

    Join TAP-NY in learning how to make Taiwanese Spring Roll/Run Bing and Peanut Ice Cream Rolls (潤餅+花生捲冰淇淋)! Found in night markets and for the QingMing Festival, run bing is usually filled with meats and vegetables, and it is also sometimes referred to as a Taiwanese burrito! Peanut ice cream rolls are made with a similar crepe-style wrapper but have different fillings!

    TAP-NY Executive Dinner Series - Corporate Law & Strategy

    TAP-NY is excited to host a curated, small-group dinner series hosting senior Taiwanese American business leaders (10-20 YOE), enabling participants to learn more about the careers and personal stories of the featured guest, as well as make quality connections with other participants. July's guest is Charles Chen, Counsel at Hims & Hers and previously Counsel at Uber, Pokémon, & Panda Express. Charles is a TAP-LA and TAP-Seattle alum!
