In celebration of Women’s History Month, join Pearl River Mart at their new exhibit: AGAINST ALL ODDS: ASIAN WOMEN WHO DARED TO BE GREAT. The exhibit is curated by Kelly Lan, the Taiwanese American founder of Hello Prosper, and features stunning illustrations by Chinese German artist Bo Feng Lin.
Pearl River’s next art exhibition presents the stories of six incredible Asian and Asian American women who strove against sexism, racism, adversity, and more to make their mark in history. The opening reception is on Saturday, March 14, from 5 to 7 pm, and will be catered by women-owned businesses, Janette’s Cupcakes and Us Two Tea. Following will be an open-mic after-party at 87 on Walker.
