1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Grand Central (2 Vanderbilt Avenue)
Which team will be the first to cross the finish line? Part competition and part team-building, The Amazing TAP Race: NY Edition will have you racing through the streets of New York at a pace you’ve never run at before! We’ve compiled a series of clues and hilarious tasks across the city that will challenge your group’s intellect, teamwork, and creativity. Prizes will be awarded to the first three teams that make it to the finish mat and additional prizes will be given to teams that have the best costumes and take the most creative photographs – so bring your A-game to the starting line!
Recruit a team of four or apply as a free agent and we’ll place you on a team. More details will be sent to teams prior to the event, but come prepared to exercise your NYC knowledge chops, capture Instagram-worthy photos, and create unforgettable memories. The award ceremony will be hosted at a nearby bar where you can relax, chat with other teams and reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail. For any additional questions or concerns, please email email@example.com.
Not interested in competing, but still want to join in on the fun? We are looking for several dedicated volunteers to help make this event run as smoothly as possible. Please reserve a volunteer ticket and if contacted, we will reach out to you with more details.
Note: None of the challenges will have any physical limitations. We welcome everybody to just come out and have fun in this bonding experience – you do not have to be Taiwanese American to compete or attend any of our events.
