Start your week off right for a Tuesday night yoga session with TAP-NY! This vinyasa flow class includes pranayama, warm-up, sun salutations, standing flows, strength/core exercises, stretching and twists, and savasana.
Natalie Khoo is a dedicated yoga practitioner and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Washington DC. Her teaching style is vinyasa-based, emphasizing fluid movement, freedom, and flow. She is also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) in New York City. She is passionate about leading a healthy, balanced life by integrating a vibrant plant-based lifestyle with a regular yoga practice to optimize health and wellness.
Our class welcomes everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience.
Please dress comfortably and feel free to bring your own yoga mat. Yoga mats will also be provided by the studio.
