On Friday, August 14th, the New York Mets will be celebrating Taiwan during their game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. There will be traditional Taiwanese performances before the game, Taiwanese trivia questions on the jumbotron, and more throughout the evening. Plus, Taiwanese American and New York native singer Miss Ko will be throwing out the first pitch of the game!

After an amazing series sweep of the Washington Nationals, the Mets sit in first place in the National League East. For the first time in a while, the hometown Mets are the hottest team in baseball – you don’t want to miss seeing them in action with a great group of people!

TAP is putting together a group to attend – we’ll be seated together, be equipped with Taiwanese noisemakers, and could even be featured on the jumbotron! Our seats will be in the Upper Promenade section. To join in on the fun:
