  • 2015 Komen “Race for the Cure” Breast Cancer Benefit Walk with TAP-NY

September 13, 2015
8:30 am – 12:00 am

77 St. and Central Park West, New York, NY 10024

Last year alone, nearly a quarter million women and 2,500 men were diagnosed with invasive breast cancer.

Join TAP as part of Team Taiwan for the 25th Annual Komen Greater NYC Race for the Cure, benefitting survivors of and those struggling with breast cancer. We’ll be walking the length of the race together (through Central Park) – not only will this be an energetic morning of exercise and an opportunity to meet new friends, you’ll be supporting research, support services, and more for people who need it the most. Come out and help us make a difference!

This event is in collaboration with the STUF United Fund (世界聯合基金會) and NATWA (North American Taiwanese Women’s Association), which will be partially subsidizing all TAP-NY participants so that your price is only $25. To register:

1) Head here and click “join team”

2) Click “Register as a new participant,” select “standard registration,” and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to pay $45 to register.

3) Forward your registration confirmation email with your name to “hello@tap-ny.org” letting us know that you’ve signed up for the walk. We’ll send you your $20 subsidy shortly after.

4) Additional details regarding meeting up will be sent as the event date draws closer
