With the new year underway, TAP-NY is here to help you achieve your resolutions and establish healthier habits. Substitute drinks specials with a stepboard and cardio moves at one of our newest events, Fitness Happy Hour.
Join TAP-NY President and certified fitness instructor Ben Watkins as he guides us through 30/60/90, the original HIIT class, at their brand new flagship studio. A fast, efficient, 38 minute rhythmic routine coupled with classic strength training in a fun, constantly changing format, gear up and get ready to break a sweat.
Purchase your ticket here to guarantee a spot in the class. On Sunday, January 21, we’ll send out an email with information on how to reserve your stepboard in the room, as well as sign the class waiver. You must sign the waiver in order to participate in the class.
