At our next cooking workshop, our favorite Taiwanese A-Ma will be teaching us an all new dish: Taiwanese Beef Wrap (牛肉夾捲). This Taiwanese dish consists of savory bread filled with warm, tender, simmered beef, and is topped off with scallions and greens, making for a perfect snack (or maybe even a meal).
This is an all new dish that we haven’t cooked before, making it a special treat. All skill levels are welcome, so come out for some hands-on deliciousness!
Please sign up for the workshop below. The total cost for this event will be $15 per person and will be paid on site. Please only register for this event if you can make it. Directions to the cooking workshop site will be sent prior to the event. If spots are filled, sign up for the wait list for a chance to get a spot!
