Nuo Mi Bao (糯米包), or Glutinous Rice Ball, is a favorite Taiwanese snack, and at this month’s cooking workshop, our favorite Taiwanese ah-ma will be teaching us how to make it from scratch!
Together, we’ll dice the meat, prepare the vegetables, and shape the dough to create savory, sticky buns filled with steaming hot and fresh ingredients. The last time we did this workshop (March 2013) was an absolute blast, so we’re bringing back the fun and deliciousness once again.
