Braised Pork over Rice, or 滷肉飯, holds an iconic status in Taiwanese cuisine, and is one of the island’s most classic dishes. The dish, with its fragrant simmering pork topped off with hearty greens, can be found across the island, whether it be in a local’s kitchen, a night market stall, or upscale restaurants.

The total cost for this event will be $10 per person and will be paid on site, so please bring cash with you to the event. Please only register for this event if you can make it.
