Why: 雞捲 – tender chicken wrapped in bean curd skin and stuffed with fish paste and other delicious ingredients, is a favorite Taiwanese night market snack. The weather is getting chilly, so come out and learn how to make this warm, delicious, and classic dish from our favorite Taiwanese A-Mas! It’ll be delicious and all skills levels are welcome, so we’ll see you for some hands-on deliciousness!

How: Please sign up for the workshop here. The total cost for this event will be $10 per person and will be paid on site. Please only register for this event if you can make it.
