Why: Oyster noodles (蚵仔麵線) are a classic Taiwanese dish, and on a chilly fall day, slurping a bowl of oyster noodles is hard to beat. Our favorite Taiwanese A-mas will help us cook the noodles, and we’ll have some rice porridge (congee) to go with it at the end.
Note: this class is rescheduled from last month, so if you couldn’t make it last month it’s your lucky day! All skill levels are welcome, so come out for some hands on deliciousness!
How: Please sign up for the workshop here. The total cost for this event will be $10 per person and will be paid on site. Please only register for this event if you can make it.
