Taiwanese Cooking Workshop – Oyster Noodles (蚵仔麵線)

Why: This month, our favorite Taiwanese A-Mas will teach us how to make a classic Taiwanese dish – oyster noodles (蚵仔麵線)! Although this dish is usually eaten when you’re sick and bedridden, it’s always delicious, and we’ll have some rice porridge (congee) to go with our creation at the end. All skill levels are welcome, so come out for some hands-on deliciousness!

How: Please sign up for the workshop here. The total cost for this event will be $10 per person and will be paid on site. Please only register for this event if you can make it. Directions to the cooking workshop site will be sent in the days prior to the event. If spots are filled, sign up on the wait list for a chance to get a spot!
