Why: Our monthly cooking classes continue, and this month we’ll be making an all new dish: pork & mushroom sticky rice, or 油飯. Our favorite A-Mas will teach us how to make this traditional Taiwanese dish, and we’ll eat our creation at the end of class, along with Taiwanese rice vermicelli (米粉). All skill levels are welcome, so come out for some hands-on deliciousness!

How: Please sign up for the workshop here. The total cost for this event will be $15 per person and will be paid on site. Please only register for this event if you can make it. Directions to the cooking workshop site will be sent in the days prior to the event. If spots are filled, sign up for the wait list for a chance to get a spot!
